KFI Tower Base - "Arc Gap "

Gap at Base of Tower for Static and Lightning Protection. The Sound is that of KFI's Transmitter Power as it is "arcing" to Ground at the base of the tower. The Voice of Dick Sinclair can be heard coming from the Arc.
